Although complaints are received infrequently, we endeavour to deal with all complaints in a fair and reasonable manner.

Our wish is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the service we provide and that disputes which might arise from any misunderstanding are resolved without delay and result in the minimum disruption and inconvenience to all parties concerned.

We would expect any complaint intimated to us verbally in the first instance to be confirmed immediately in writing.

We will respond by conducting an investigation of the circumstances leading to the complaint before responding in writing.

We trust that in cooperating with our customers to resolve their issues, the atmosphere will remain amicable and allow a long term relationship with our customers to be established or maintained.

Key Points:

  • Intimate reason for complaint immediately it arises.
  • Provide written details of the complaint including time, date and location. A brief outline of the circumstances should also be given together with any witnesses to the circumstances.
  • Please indicate if you have attempted to resolve the circumstances informally and the response obtained.
